Help Us Continue Transforming Our School’s Outdoor Spaces in 2026!

Last year, thanks to the incredible support of our community, we successfully raised funds to purchase outdoor gym equipment for the children at Shotton Primary School. The equipment has already made a huge difference, encouraging active play, building confidence, and supporting pupils’ physical and mental wellbeing.

Now, we’re excited to continue improving our outdoor areas — and we need your help once again!

With your support, we hope to raise as much as we can to further develop:

🌿 Outdoor Reading Dens – Cosy, sheltered spaces where children can enjoy books and storytelling in the fresh air, promoting a lifelong love of reading.

🌼 Improved Green Areas – Enhancing playgrounds with natural elements like planting beds, shaded seating areas, and sensory zones to connect children with nature.

🪑 Outdoor Learning & Relaxation Spaces – Creating welcoming areas where children can learn, socialise, reflect, and enjoy time outdoors in a calm and inspiring environment.

We believe that learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. Outdoor spaces are vital for children’s creativity, wellbeing, and social development. With your continued support, we can make our school grounds an even more inspiring place where every child feels excited to explore, learn, and grow.
